The King Crab smashed the moon.

He did it to ruin the tides and drown every sandpiper on the coast. Now the sea comes and goes as it pleases, the beach belongs to his criminal empire, and the pieces of the moon are locked up in his forts.

Sandpipers don't fly. They run. Your flock is going to get the moon back, one fragment at a time.

Beak first. Questions later.

Press and hold, and the flock gathers to your finger, your cursor or your reticle. Move, and they follow: beak first, at speed, into whatever is in the way. Brick cracks. Rock takes work. Steel doesn't care how hard you hit it, so find the bombs.

The tide is undefeated. So far.

With the moon gone, every level breathes on its own schedule. The water pulls back and opens a window. The water comes in and takes any bird it touches. The fragments near the beach are the easy ones. The ones out in the deep want you to count waves.

Grow the flock. Feed the flock.

Eggs wash up; grab one and a new bird joins. A bigger flock hits harder. Hungry birds slow down, so when the tide goes out, go crabbing. Every sandpiper has a name and a bio. The fallen get a memorial. Someone always wins MVP.
